Banned? Toxic? You be the Judge.

Hi Everyone,

So I just got permanently suspended (without ever being suspended before) from League of Legends for filing a complaint of my 25 game chat restriction for 3 games of chat logs that are barely toxic if at all. I would've copied all three but since my account is banned, I can't get them. I would be very happy if Riot could release them for me. BUT luckily, I have copied my game 3 chat log that triggered my suspension and which I also shared and explained to Riot through my complaint. Here it is:

So let me explain everything since we're missing my teammate's chats (Riot please share if you can). In the beginning, Kog'maw was being flamed by Fiora for going 0-5 in lane within the first 8 mins. Kog'maw refuted that it's not his fault and gave excuses. I believe the excuses were ganks but he got killed by the enemy bot duo more than by enemy ganks. However, each death, Fiora would curse and flame Kog more so I stepped in and told Fiora to stop because it's not helping. I then provided a strategy to get back in the game after winning mid lane and successfully roaming bot and killing draven (the fed enemy adc). If Rammus can lock up Draven, I (Vladimir) can finish him. However, it didn't go that way in our next fight and we got aced. Fiora flamed bot more and ragequit. I then said to report fiora for toxicity and rage quitting, and that convinced her to keep playing. Funny thing is.. Out of nowhere, Soraka starts flaming me for losing lane. She said that our bot duo lost bot lane because I "brought everyone bot" by roaming bot lane. My first roam bot lane was after bot lane was like 0-7 combined and lost first tower. My opposing mid laner, Ahri, never even roamed bot until I killed Draven who was pushing our second tower. Kog'maw also steps in and flames for me losing lane when I'm the only one that killed Draven for the two deaths he has. I also roamed bot when their enemy jungler was already bot lane so they're both speaking nonsense. I ALSO defended them when Fiora was flaming them. But I believe Kog'maw was mad because I hurt his feelings by telling him the hard truth that he is mainly responsible for losing bot lane (if you die 5x in 8 minutes, you're doing something wrong.") The point of that message was not to flame anyone but to see that the main problem is him and not the enemy jungler or our team so he can change his style of play. Yes, I could've roamed bot earlier or our jungler could've ganked or Fiora could've tped before Draven snowballed but when you're losing mainly 2v2 without any ganks, you're the problem. Until you realize that, you're not going to change the way you play. Simple logic, no? Could I have said it nicer? Sure. But we're playing a competitive match where people are already toxic and I don't have time to write out everything nicely. So I got straight to the point AND sided with Kog'maw by telling Fiora to stop flaming him with curses and rude remarks. At the end of the game in the stats screen, Fiora's FIRST comment was along the lines of "see vlad, this is what you get for being a nice guy." "There's only one way to talk to these idiots and that's not it." He continued to spew curses about them and that was it. So after that game, I probably got reported by Kog'maw and Soraka. Also, Fiora because I said to report her for being toxic and ragequit. Also, Soraka and Kog'maw both cursed at me, yet I get the chat restriction.

When I finally file a complaint to Riot, they ban my account without ANY explanation why. I did not receive an email with my chat logs explaining why I got banned. The only email I received was about why I was chat restricted and here it is:

A common misconception is that chat restrictions are for extreme toxicity, that kind of behavior usually gets escalated to a 2 week suspension or even a permaban. When there is are instances of moderate negative chat like when you argue with others it can result in chat restrictions and the restrictions are simply meant as warning to be more mindful of how you use the chat in games. Wait... So you get banned for extreme toxicity and yet, I got banned for filing a complaint? I KNOW I have not said ANY toxic remarks after my chat restriction. No curses. No rude remarks. Just a complaint.

Also, according to Riot Legendary (we have similar names haha), he says that "arguments" are not allowed. In this community, that's tehe same as saying discussions are not allowed. What is the point of team chat? Is it just for positive reinforcement (e.g., gj kog for not feeding 6x though!). Is it for strategy? We have pings for that. Team chat in ANY competitive environment is for discussion. Many pro teams in league use team chat to state what they did wrong and they fix it. THAT'S why they're pros. The best and ideal League player. The team player. They ADMIT their mistakes, not rage when someone points it out and provides a solution. Most discussions on League turn into arguments because of the level of maturity players have that play this game and also since it's a competitive game that can get heated. But overall, Riot doesn't care. That's why they don't provide explanations of why I chat restrictions or bans. They have a robot tribunal system. Why don't we just replace judges in court with robots? All they care about is making $$$$$$$$.

The BEST part of all this is League of Legends is dyinggggggg. Pubg has more viewers on Twitch at nearly any given time. CS GO has 60% the number of League of Legend's viewers at this time. Overwatch, Dota and Fortnite take up the rest. Pubg (made by Koreans who own League) is taking over the new crown! Pubg's creator Blue Hole is valued at $4.6 Billion when the game is still in the BETA phase! The community can be toxic there too but NOWHERE NEAR League. I haven't heard anyone say "kys" or "drink bleach." The main toxicity there is racism but most of the comments are funny like "China #1" Pubg has MORE viewers than League when Riot is holding the world championship! I can't WAIT until this game and community cease to exist and HOPEFULLY a better game with a BETTER justice system will be in place. After playing this game for about 4 years, I have finally called it quits. The level of stress that you get from this game with or without chat is not worth it.
