I have a question: Why do I most of the times catch bad teams. I mean i'm in silver V I main adc and i admit sometimes we all have those days and games that we don't do nothing but is it normal to get a lot of bad teams on silver elo?

A lot of the pro players consider anything Plat and below to be "low elo" =P
I'm silver 2, and yeah, we get bad teammates a lot. It's not especially hard to get carried into Silver by luck, especially for people that got favorable placements.

It's normal to play with people who make mistakes and aren't as experienced in the lower ranks, but "bad teams" is a pretty subjective term. The higher up you go, the fewer mistakes you'll see, but that's to be expected. All players should be relatively the same skill level, so if you play better than everyone else you can usually carry your team out.
Ya dude it's silver. A lot of people don't know how to play well or what decisions to make. I'm still a little salty about that nami support I got last night with 17 deaths in a 30 minute game... just how many times can u make the same mistake?! She was solo pushing lanes, and actually staying to fight their jinx or Vi 1 on 1. So hard not to say anything to those types of players who seem to never learn a damn thing. I tried the ol hey nami stick with me and just save me.. don't front line. A 0-9 nami front lining. Come on.
