Start banning players trolling in ranked because of preseason

It's absolutely ridiculous Riot still hasn't learned that after announcing ranks and rewards have closed, people go crazy trolling in ranked. Every game there's a minimum of 3 people playing new things and griefing, not trying, sometimes even going out of their way to ensure the game is lost. They know they're safe because the instant feedback system is extremely unreliable and easy to get around. As long as they don't afk or flame, they can't get punished.

This is complete garbage, there is no incentive at all to play competitively when the numbers of trolls keeps growing every day. For people like me that's all I want to play. The trolly normal games and ARAM stupidity aren't fun to me. Organized games where people try, are - win or lose. People who queue for ranked and screw around because they don't give a single fuck about winning should get ranked banned until the start of next season plus 2 weeks.

For now I'm done with league, it's literally a waste of the little free time I have right now, there is no improving or fun to be had in ranked right now.

Side note for the kids who complain on reddit about NA being behind the rest of the LoL world: this kind of degenerate behavior is why our teams suck compared to Korea/EU. So much of NA's playerbase is privileged sheltered middle+ class kids living with their parents that use league as an outlet to vent their frustrations as kissless virgins with nothing better to do. I see it in my classes, the niche of pale kids that always talk about it; that's also how my ex-friends who introduced me to the game were, and it's obvious looking at the NA LCS crowds.
