Did not get end of season rewards for Season 6

Hello i ended the season in Gold 2 but i did not get a border or the skin at the end of the season . I don't care too much about it but was just curious why. If anyone knows or had a similar experience let me know.

Players with bans or chat restrictions active when the season ends are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
Players issued a ban of seven days or more in the three months prior to the end of the season (from August 7 on) are ineligible for this year’s rewards.
Players banned for boosting during the 2016 season remain ineligible for rewards.

Did you match any of these? This is from the "End of Season Rewards and You" post they made in regards to player behavior and rewards

if you don't fit in the criterias of what MsBehave said, then you can send a ticket to https://support.riotgames.com and they should be able to fix it.
