so i got permanently banned

But this is my first ban ever (not even an email) and i got so trolled in an unranked game that i raged at my teammates. The day itself was filled with inconsiderate and toxic people who all started to flame and diss me in chat in the game before. I tried to chat nicely first i swear ( i was adc and i told my support "please dont jhin support" and he did), but even after my initial attempt, he kept going on the entire game with care-free attitude in such a manner that made me really pissed off at him. Then he started to feed bot lane (with me, who by then was tilting to the 4th dimension) with our jg. So i bought 6 boots of swiftness to get back at my team who was by then saying really hurtful things and i said hurtful things back. My mistake was letting my mood carry through the next game, in which our jg afked because he had some thing else to do in a game that was pretty easily winnable due to successful bot lane. KryingHard: our jg just carried you KryingHard: bg I was on tilt and I certainly didn't help that the team was also pretty toxic as well (but I did start the chain so I apologize for that), and when i first got the message that i was banned for 14 days, i just accepted it cause i thought i deserved it . But permanent? why riot? I can be toxic as hell and probably said some things that are very regretful to be honest, and use slangs that are offensive. But as I said, I seldom do that, and everytime i did it, i got reported, which made me not do it for a long time. In other words, i am not a frequent offender (at least in my honest perspective of my character). Can i stick with 14 days ban? I do not know why you guys suddenly change from 14 days to permanent just like that when i haven't even logged on since then. I never even once got a chat ban, for christ sakes! Please, give a punishment that fits the crime.
