There aren't any options that would be immediately satisfying. The best thing that you can do is simply play to the best of your ability despite the troll and report them post-game. Don't address them, don't say anything to or about them, and don't give them the time of day.
Yes, you're going to have some of your time wasted, but ultimately, that is the point of the game; to waste time. Just try to breathe and focus, one match out of a million isn't going to kill you.

Then you have no right to complain about such people. If you're willing to make yourself part of the problem, you don't get to complain about it.
All you can do is report em. Pre-emptively stopping it would be impossible. I dont think there is a solution.
Why would you do it too though? If you hate it so much, it just doesnt make sense to devote all your free time being the thing you hate. I don't get it.
