I get distracted easily

Okay, so I get distracted easily, and that causes me to get a lot of lever busters, this really frustrates me. I just got one again because I went afk during a game, but now I realize, don't get mad that you got a lever buster, accept it as a sign and change your habit. I'm going to make sure that I never go afk again! Thanks Riot games for the sign xD.

You get distracted while in the middle of a league game enough to get penalized for it? How? Makes no sense. Are you like 12 years old with A.d.d?
