Is it allowed to say on all chat: Report <someone> <reason>? Or even on team chat. No flame, no nothing, just ask your team/enemy team to report that one guy for one of the usual reasons such as: being toxic, intentionally feeding, afk, cheating, refusing to comunicate with the team or repeating the same mistake over and over again? Im really curious, because I usually do that kind of stuff. People call it flame, but I dont really think it is.
Calling for reports is considered harassment since it only takes 1 report to flag the game. So yes, you can get punished for it.
Don't ask for other people to report because it's harassment. If someone deserves a report, you can report them and if they deserve it they will get banned. It only takes one report.

there is no reporting option for failure to communicate with the team, and what you are doing is punishable.
I have never heard of anyone getting in trouble for this.
