talk to Dev about a report
is there any way i can talk to a Dev to report someone, i reported them before they talked all their crap, and i feel it is best if i can personally talk to someone to get that person the punishment they deserve.

well that makes me very upset, if a person can tell me i deserve to get cancer and all sorts of diseases, and tells me to kill myself and my family, i just hope Riot will look into my report and ban the kid for his inappropriate behavior.
there is no way to converse directly with them, the best you can do is submit a ticket IF you were unable to report them after the game.
