LeaverBuster "Ban/Penalty" Appeal

Dear Riot, I understand this is my second "Ban/Penalty". However, would like to say the most recent "AFK/Left" games were due to computer issues (PC Randomly shutting down). Since the first "Ban/Penalty" I have not AFK/Left any games other than the two previously explained games. I have since resolved the computer issues. The 10 minute penalty added to the normal queue makes it so that it to take longer to get into a match than to play a match. I would ask, if it is not possible to overturn the Ban/Penalty, if it would be possible to revert to original penalty of 5 minutes, which is more than fair. Thanks for the consideration,

P.S.: I do not deny my toxicity, I get very emotionally attached to each and every match. When it goes well, I am ecstatic, when it goes poorly, I rage.

Computer issue or not you left a few to meny games and ruined the game for 4 people each time. So a little wait time is a pretty decent punishment for wasting other peoples time and elo if it was a rank game.

As for you being toxic I know its hard to not rage and its even harder not to do it in chat but try you're best not too... been trying my hardest to get reformed from roit and not giving anyone a reason to even give me unsportmanlike conduct even if they deserve to be put in there place lol.

If you really were banned by LeaverBuster you won't be unbanned unless it was a system error. But with how you said you left games due to computer issues then the ban was just and wont be lifted. If you're having computer/internet issues it's best to not play. Keep in mind, leaving one game or a few games spread out over time wont get you banned but leaving multiple games in a row will.
