I have been playing for almost 3 years. It seems to me that every single time I buy a boost of any kind, I'm always versing top ranking teams that kick my but very fast and I don't get very many wins and like wise, not much for point from my boosts. This has been the case every time without exception. it makes me never want to by a boost again. What is going on? Is it rigged that way?

If you feel like you lose too much and don't play enough games to make good use of a TImed IP Boost, I suggest buying a Per Win boost instead; they give a flat amount of IP and only on wins, so you are guaranteed a certain amount of IP from them depending on which mode you play.
40% are stomps 40% you'll get stomped 20% you'll get to decide the outcome with your ingame decisions and communication.
If you are loosing those 20% games, it means your ingame decisions needs improving.
These can range from small plays (when to trade) to item purchases to macro decisions such as when to drag / baron or grouping for towers.
