your 1st mistake is talking more then you play and however there are worst then this you still are verbally abusive and creating a toxic environment for your team. and asking for reports is reportable and punishable

Even if this person was intentional feeding, you didn't deal with it well. The other two games, you are pretty obviously attacking your team verbally most of the game.

Were any of these "I'm reporting you" in ALL chat? Because, that needs to stop, the enemy team has no way to determine guilt or innocence of someone on your team,

Also, no matter how mad you are, it's bad to rage at your team, but it's just plain slimy to rage ABOUT YOUR TEAM to the OTHER TEAM. (even tho most of those 'bad' players are probably being controlled by the enemy team) you have no real way of knowing that for sure and you should still act like these are players "having a bad day" and save your rage for the report section after the game.

Also what is this "first time kayle can't be reported" ...certainly not in normals, where else are you supposed to practice champs?

ugh... you obviously got baited bad, just browsing through you can see how you start spiralling out of control, next time don't play while tilted if you are prone to verbal outbursts.
