All the team work and follow ups and not running away and no flaming team mates....
The rules need to change so it's fun at the low levels. The pros will adjust.

low levels should adjust to what the pros do, not the other way around

Follow ups and staying in the fight and not flaming teammates is all on the players' end, not the game. There's no rule or balance changes that would fix that.
How exactly is changing the rules going to help 5 random strangers work effectively as a team together?
The players at the professional level are constantly working with their teammates to improve their synergy together. What you're seeing in worlds is not something you're ever going to get from throwing 5 random strangers together. Hell, you usually won't see that level of teamwork from 5 people that play together regularly.
