The worst thing about autofill is that it makes players frustrated. It has promoted more of a toxic community, because people can not play certain champs. Say if I get put in support vs a main support who is going to do better over all. Or since I haven't jungled in awhile, and I only can remember so much. Riot needs to change everything about this auto fill I would rather have longer queue times than to worry about losing the game. I have never lost so much and felt so pissed off with this, then I have to worry about runes and counters. Which not many players can rely on these Auto fill.

This is promoting anger.! Promoting bad games. Demoting us in our games! Get Rid Of This Auto Fill!

Also Don't Nerf kennen, and nerf sona she two shotted tanks in aram with lichbane,..

But we need to get rid of autofill [slayer-jinx-unamused]

I don't usually have a problem with autofill, being a support main, but out of habit I always queue up as Support/Fill. And there have been a few times that I've gotten stuck in another lane. And on those occasions, I have pretty much always ended up matched against someone that mains that lane, which makes it really hard like you said. I kinda miss the old teambuilder, because it would adjust the skill of the people you played against based on the experience you had in both the role and the champion that you played. But I can see why they nixed it, and why they have the autofill; namely to try and keep the queue times shorter.

I've been autofilled a few times now. There's a brief moment of "damn it, I got autofilled..." in champ select, and then I just pick someone I'm relatively comfortable with in that lane and play anyway. I don't understand why anyone would troll or try to lose just because they got autofilled. Yes, it's a little bit frustrating, but I remember trying to do my first round of placements, at that time maining mid and having never really played anything else, and being too low on the pick order to get mid and having to support, a role that I had, at that time, never played and didn't even have any champions for. You were first pick? You had all 3 bans and were guaranteed to get whatever role you wanted, but sacrificed pick safety. You were last pick? Unless someone in that lobby was a support main, you were playing support, no matter how begrudgingly you did. I stopped playing ranked after 1 game of this, but some people got to climb to platinum, diamond, even higher with this system, despite the fact that their role was determined by the fact that anyone who picks before them could take their role. Complain as much as you want, it used to be a lot worse. However, getting an autofill support who has no idea what they're doing, as an ADC main, I can say is the most annoying thing that can happen for you, and it typically ruins your early game and you then become completely useless until your power spike.

Yeh lets go back to the 'mid or feed' and 'i called top 1st on my screen so i'm going top regardless of what you say/do' system. That was so much better than playing 1/5< games as not one of your top 2 roles. /s

I hate it also, needs to go. At least it should go in ranked, glad I don't play ranked really cause this would be bs imo.
