Can't have fun on league anymore

Is it too bad to have a little fun? Are we forced to stfu and just play the game? Sometimes you're stuck in a fully queued game and get picked on. Do we just sit back and take the beating?

Sometimes it sucks when your team feeds in the first 5 minutes of the game. That score of 0/? really kills the team spirit. What's more? You get 1-shot by the fed and op champs. And it gets worse: you can't surrender until it's "time to do so" which means you're stuck having to waste time (or try to catch up, which is highly unlikely especially if your team continues to feed).

And when this becomes a cycle, it starts to have an effect on you. You stop taking the game seriously and only play to waste time.

The problem is trolls are so rarely punished right now since they took the power from the community. If you troll repeatedly in a role, you shouldn't be able to play that role at all for 2 weeks. And if that happens with 2-3 roles, put a temp ban on the account. Trolls need to be fixed. The community isn't so much toxic as fed up with people who just troll on purpose.

I got yelled at today for informing a Caitlyn that she could E thru a Taliyah wall instead of wasting flash. Because that makes me a "pro" and a jerk. What is wrong with this game when you let people go unchecked who throw games on purpose when you have veteran players trying to teach them and help them get better.

90% of my losses are legitimately playing for teamwork and then losing because my support trolls and plays a carry instead (Ziggs/Veigar) and takes sighstone but then doesn't ward and steals kills all game on purpose. ADCs who play at melee range or try to 1v2 when you back or don't know how to kite. Mid laners who let their lanes roam without a whisper to your lanes, don't push turrets, and don't follow up so you die horribly, lose dragons, and they just shrug cuz, of course, they have great cs and a good KDA which RIOT REWARDS!!!!

The system has been fouled up so bad that we pat people on the back for playing selfishly and losing games while the people who rely on that teamwork and are actually trying to climb the ladder are stuck forever in elo hell because they look bad because even diamond players can't 2v4 at 5 minutes.

if you cant beat the trolls. join em. theres no point of you trying and stressing urself out over a videogame. if the team isnt in it for the win then you shouldnt be either. remember you have a mute button. split push. hit ctrl+3 . type /dance. listen to some music. try to solo baron. rub one off to taric. go full ap for that one ability that has an ap ratio. go help bot lane feed.

I actually just got chat banned for the first punishment since this game started. I've been playing that long and since my team failed hard and tilted and I talked back to them the same way, they all ganged up and reported me and I got punished. This system is totally fucked. On top of that, there's no punishment for the people who ignored pings IN THEIR LANE or warnings in chat and then flamed the hell out of me first. Somehow, the people who attack first get let off for being massively toxic because they can group up on me. That's sincerely stupid.

I'm with you, at this point. I did just that very thing last night. Had first pick in a 3v3, our last picker, picked lane, then went into jungle without items for it, then proceeded to flame everybody and go from lane to lane stealing as much farm as possible and feeding the enemy. But he's not going to get punished despite reporting him.

That tells me there's something seriously wrong with the way the admins are punishing. So we just went afk in base and only attacked when they came for nexus turret.

i get what you mean. being the scapegoat for someone's inability to learn or incompetence is annoying and im sorry you had to go through that. the best i can say is just mute them. i wanna say riot should let you make an actual complaint on an act of discipline but then anyone who got discioplined would want riot to heat their case. but riot never groups you with like minded ppl. cuz sometimes i wish they'd use however many honor points have in a certain area. like they'd match me with ppl who frequently use pings and coordinate with their team and that have a lot of honor points in teamwork you know. or something like that. ppl who in a sense play or treat the game the same way you do. but :/

trolls are disgusting bored souls with nothing better to do than makes someones day a tad dimmer to find some speck of joy. ppl that just want a reaction out of you so they can say they dont care. so the best advice i have to give is mute, focus on ur own gameplay and how you can compliment ur team without having to deal with their mess, or just say fuk it. :/

yeah, mastery rewards. ever wonder how someone can be level 7, counter their lane, and be terrible? because they hide enough and steal enough kills to get a good kda and get mastery 7. riot says, hey, you must be good! great farm, good kda! that's all you need! shit, lolsumo has a better rating system. i've played mid games where i place more wards than our support who takes brand or annie because what they really want to do is carry but they didn't get mid so, you know, screw the team right? If they could build for support and play support fashion it'd be one thing, plenty do, but so many don't.

I haven't seen a ranked format this bad since season 2. Just a massive amount of trolls and people who are willing to throw games if they get autofilled because they have other accounts and they don't care. How about locking accounts to MAC addresses? I know this gets hard with colleges but since that's a whole other class of subnet, it's easy for network engineers to to create rules for that kind of different network.

There are better ways.

I can't say much about norms, but ranked is the fun part of the game to me Surrenders don't occur often at my elo, people play the game until the bitter end like 80% of the time

Winning after being forced to make a huge come back is crazy, check my lsat game as veigar, that game was hard, but we pulled off a huge turn around

Team feeds

-Ok, just roam after you push your lane

You're losing lane and your team is feeding

-Just roam, I have learned this many times. I win lane hard, enemy goes and roams mid 3 times, now him and mid lane are ahead.

You have to learn all the mechanics to this game before you actually start enjoying it. I used to hate this game a few months ago because I always blamed my teams, then I got a coach from Challenger and he taught me everything I need to know within 6 hours.
