Perma Banned for 3rd party software

Hi, So I logged on to my account on Saturday the January, 13th and found that my account has been perma banned for using 3rd party software. I have discord on my computer but I usually use Skype to talk with my friends while I am playing. I checked my stats and my matches are even good I go negative most games and I have no idea why I would be reported for having 3rd party software. I have played since season 4 and played many hours into this account and I don't want to grind out 3 years again. I submitted a ticket but the rioter just said that they were 100% sure I was hacking, so I asked if he or she could watch my latest match, but he or she completely avoided the question. If anyone can help me it would be greatly appreciated.

If you have never installed any third party programs, whatsoever, there are a few options:

You unintentionally installed a prohibited program or one that modified game files. This includes some custom skins programs, any skin program that unlocks Riot-created skins for free, anything that gives you a competitive advantage in any way, etc.
You logged in from a public computer or a friends computer which had scripts installed on it.
Your account was compromised/hacked and during that time someone played on it with scripts/hacks.

Sadly, unless you have reason to believe your account was compromised/hacked, you have little chance of getting your account back once they've detected scripts. They do audit their detection systems and have quickly reversed bans in error - thus if this ban stands it is virtually impossible it was in error. It is your responsibility to ensure the computer you're using is free from any kind of hack/script before playing League - this is regardless of if it's a public computer or your personal one.

Riot support does tend to run a very strict analysis on the third party programs before they issue any sort of punishments on them. There are quite a few different things that can trigger this sort of thing, many of which Chermorg has already mentioned. Have you used any sort of macros for abilities recently? Is your computer your own or is it shared with family that might have downloaded anything onto it? Do you let friends play on it and one of them possibly has downloaded something? Did you create the account, or did you buy it? Do you run a specific gaming keyboard/mouse with additional macro functions? Do you play other games on your computer, if so what kinds and do you download any programs to assist/enhance them?

Ok it's not my latest match in question, so then in that light I ask for anyone to look at my full match history and tell me if it looks like I have 3rd party software. Just a yes or no will do, but if no can you give me any advice on how to bring the information to Riot to argue my innocence.
