Teammate banned my selected champ, I didn't try very hard.

Yeah, I was a total asshat during the game, got banned for 14 days. Did you expect me to be cheery? I never intentionally fed but I talked about it in chat and I trolled people in chat who were on my team that I disagreed with. I'm normally really nice when people say "omg why did you do that" I stick up for people by saying "Don't complain about your teammates, they are the only ones you have this game and the only way to win is to get along." I got maybe 3 hours of sleep last night and I was grumpy and when my teammate banned my champ(95% of my games are this champ) I went off! If the expectation is that I should be suspended for 14 days... ok, I guess. Doesn't seem right to me.

You admitted you were an asshat and toxic in chat, so the fact that you got punished for it should come at no surprise. Here, have some copypasta from something I wrote in another thread, and good luck in future matches after your suspension is over!

DON'T RETALIATE!!

This is by far the most important, and if you take a look on these boards you will see a lot of players complaining that they got punished for retaliation even though what someone else did was way worse. It doesn't matter what someone says or does in a match, just mute them and then use the report feature after the match. Do not tell them you are muting them, it is a form of inciting drama and you can be reported for it. Do not tell them you are reporting them, it is known as Report Calling and is actually very childish and unsportsmanlike and can also be reported. Do not AFK or leave the match, no matter how tough it is you will only be hurting your own account. So again, simply mute the offender and then use the report feature after the match to explain what happened. It only takes ONE report to flag the match for review, and if the system finds any wrongdoing then it will go on their account.

understand that the punishment system works on tiers:

  1. 10 game chat restrict
  2. 25 game chat restrict
  3. 14-day ban
  4. permaban

Every thing can get you punished will work up those punishment tiers can get you permabanned if you don't change your actions.

Extreme hate speech and homophobia is also a cause to skip punishment tiers.

While you are reading this, make sure you understand that your next punishment is a permaban . Any small thing / minor harassment / negativity (e.g. asking for reports / telling people you are giving up) will get you permabanned.
