I understand how that's frustrating, and I'm not saying I don't have this problem too, but to be fair your CS isn't great for a 30+ minute game. Even the Olaf who you seem to have beaten pretty hard in lane had a higher CS than you. Yes, sometimes people feed, but if you want to climb you need to focus on what you can do better. Being upset that your team fed isn't going to change anything.
Same reason you gain LP when the enemy team has communicating issues.
The point is win or lose.
