Scripting or high elo Ezreal?

Hey guys, Don't want to sound salty, but we just played ranked 5v5 vs a team and bot lane struggled a lot vs this Ezreal. He was 100% not Bronze I (as our team was) and I haven't encountered anything like this up to Plat 5 (highest I got solo queue).

I decided to watch the replays to see what's been going on and he's pretty great. Although I keep thinking he was scripting cause Qs were spot on, dodging, last hitting, etc. I haven't noticed anything really revealing, but there were a few moments I was kinda suspicious at his mechanics.

Since I don't play ADC and obviously pretty terrible at this game, I would like to know if you think I should follow through these games with Riot. I never used a script, and I don't want to waste anyone's time.
