Banned for "3rd Party Program" for no reason.

I've been a player since Season 3, and played over 1500 games. Yesterday, I won a rank game, and feeling happy about it, but when I returned to the home page, a message pop out " this account has been permanently suspended". I am a honest player. I have not used any illegal programs or said toxic language.

The only third party program that I use is curse voice, I use it to communicating with friends and Riot Support said curse voice is no longer break the rules.

Riot, if you see this, could you please tell me why that I get banned. I believe this ban was done in mistake. This account means a lot to me, I met my gf in this game. The main point is I did not use any script.

I submitted a ticket #20617920 yesterday and it no longer responds.

Nobody gets permabanned for "no reason".

Either you used cheats or shared your account with someone who did.

you have been sharing your account, i would guess that the person you've shared your account with used an illegal 3rd party program.

most notably between a month before the season ended, from gold to platinum.

Tickets may take a few days to get answered. They will get to it, so just be patient. They can not tell you what exactly you were caught with though, so as to help prevent people from figuring out how to avoid getting caught.

If you share that PC or account or it was compromised, others may have used illegal programs.

I have been trying to help people with the 3rd party ban wave that has been going on and I'm sure that the majority of these people have not used programs that gave them an unfair advantage in game, or possibly didn't know that something was not suppose to be used in the game.

If you have already sent in a ticket, they usually send an automated message first saying that you were banned for using a 3rd party program to gain an unfair advantage and that they are not allowed to give details because it will hurt their investigation or some crap like that.

They are required to tell you what you did and provide evidence to what you used. If they cannot provide that information then they need to lift the ban. If they refuse to provide that information, then you need to ask to speak to someone higher up.

If i was to spend money on a game and I got banned for no reason and they say that I was using a 3rd party program when I know that I wasn't and they refused to provide me with information that showed I was using something to gain an unfair advantage, there would be some serious problems.

Don't let them get away with banning your account for something you know you didn't do. Fight for your account and don't let up until you get the evidence you have a right of knowing.

Let me know how this goes and what they tell you in the ticket so I can gather more information to help more people on this situation.
