Hi, so I got banned for 3rd party programs. I have no idea why whatsoever.

OK, so the only thing I remember using was my macros on my keyboard, which from my understanding aren't a third party program that interference with league at all. In fact, the only thing I remember using them for is to spam my friends (I accidentally hit one of them in a few games). I tried contacting riot support multiple times, and all they gave me were copy/pasted messages that said "You're scripting, you're scripting, blah blah blah..." like honestly, I don't remember doing anything wrong. The only other 3rd party program I use is curse voice, and from my understanding curse voice is 100% OK to use. Honestly, all I'm asking for is a general, honest description of why I got banned so I know the reasoning behind it, but all I got were copy/paste messages.
