Matchmaking: Players With Similar Honor Levels

Of course people will have bad games and what not. But honestly, the sheer amount of games in which people are either trolling, leaving their lane 5 minutes in because their jungler was did not gank or even not cooperating with the team just because the feel resentful, is out out of control. Is there a way to reduce this? Maybe putting people with similar honor levels on the same to could allow for a more enjoyable game regardless if its a win or loss. Also I think that this gives players an incentive to be less toxic, knowing that they will be placed with players that do not have a history of being reported for intentionally causing people to lose games.

Not to burst your bubble, but they already do match making based on honor that's why the odds of getting fairly matched teams are like below 20%.

I would rather have teammates that get testy in chat because they care about the game and are actually people who are trying to competently win, I would find that more enjoyable a game over one with players who are perfect in chat but are unstoppably feeding because that was the basis for matchmaking.

That said, I am sure that the idea wouldn't work on the grounds that the Honor system wouldn't work with it in the way that you think it does.
