Why flame someone practicing in norms?

I am a support main and am currently trying new roles. No. I am not first timing, I have played them in bots and in blind. My recent challenge has been trying to learn ADC. When I start doing bad or am not able to kite well etc. I get flamed to no end. And then when I asked the enemy team to report the trio that was flaming me, they joined in to call me trash, garbage, etc.

What would make me want to continue playing other roles if all anyone does is flame you for playing that role less efficiently than someone who mains it?

Do not ask for reports, that is punishable behavior.

One report does exactly the same thing as 9, so it's completely unneeded.

Mute those who flame you. Report them after the game.

Same those people who flame and hate, tend to forget they were beginners once as well.

Don't let that tilt you, because no player ever started as pro.

People in public games think they have right to demand from other players to report players they do not like, and they think they can dictate rules...Thankfully its not how it works.

Mute all at the beginning = have a great game.

Do not fool yourself into thinking they might not be trolls, because literally every single game people troll,at least 3 out of 4.

Mute everyone in advance, and enjoy playing.

Actually, you're the kind of player I'd prefer to team with. I get people who go first time champs without ever playing the champ at all! You just need some advice and probably to work with an ADC main to learn the basics. I'm no ADC main, sadly, but when I was learning more about it my friend who did main the role told me to practice with Ashe - she has no escapes and has to be smart about how to kite and engage. My advice to you would be to start with her and then practice other ones and see which one is more your style.

Mute and report. Dont ask for reports, dont try to justify yourself. Just do your thing.

Do the community a favor and try out new champs in co-op vs ai and not normals. Not everyone plays ranked and some just want to enjoy a quick game or two, so please dont ruin it with your constant feed if you know you could play better, but why bother "its only normals"
