Passive aggressive, morale killing, petty bullshit. "Omg soon ty we just lost because of you" like shut up dude, zed and j4 get a kill because of him and it's time to berate and call game over? You're the worst type of teammate. Almost as bad as an AD Sion who falls behind early and becomes useless lol. Almost. Unfortunately, you can't punish players for falling behind or playing poorly.

The system punished based on consistency x severity. Meaning that it will take a bunch of games for the system to determine consistency.

You were punished based on your behavioral history, think about all the games you acted in a similar way but "got away with it". Fact is, you didn't get away with it. Those games are included within this punishment of yours.

Other's will be punished when they pass a certain consistency / severity within their behavioral history.
