Ranked Draft Pick Messing Us Up?

I just joined a game, i usually like to play one before i leave to school in the mornings, so i get on my computer open draft pick and eventually on find a game. On my first try, i see a player as support instalok another team mate's champion who was mid,** Vel'Koz**, now i left queue cause that wouldn't work and i could live with a 5 min ban, but of course this happened again... A support that was unwilling to play support, i feel that there should be a button or at least something to stop this from happening. i.e Kicking the player and resetting the queues or a vote in the draft pick to say we want to reset this. But this will also cause problems as people will troll that as well, but i still feel that there should be something to stop this. I currently can't play my morning game because i have a 30 min search ban for dodging queues. Please give suggestions i hope something gets implemented.
