How did my account get ban
I looked at the email and got nothing that explain or tell me why my account is ban when i literally has done nothing on it

To understand or inquire about your ban you can always get help from Player Support. They will help you understand why you were banned.

what does it say when you try to log in?
When i log into my account it say it ban to check my email. Then when i do that it show nothing

I been playing this game for years and years, never played ranked and it so I can play with my best friend in a game that holds tons of memories for us. I recently upgraded my windows form 7 to 10 and I suddenly got an email that I was banned for cheating. I spent hundreds of dollars on my account and it's all gone. I honestly don't know what to do myself and I am rather devastated because this game is extremely sentimental for me.
