Inappropriate Name Change Due to Hacker

Dear Riot (or whoever may be reading this),

First I apologize if this is not the proper place to post this, I did not see any board that matched this problem and this seemed like the closest fit.

Today I logged on to see my name changed to something inappropriate and all of my IP gone. I looked in the recent purchases and saw that today, April 25th, a hacker purchased a name change and several runes, all using IP. I have changed my password and information from another computer and am currently running a virus scan on my main computer which I always play on. I have never given out my password nor is it easy to guess, and am stumped on how someone managed to gain access to my account.

I am doing what I can to resolve any potential security issues I have, and I am not here to beg to get back any lost IP. My main concern is that the username has been changed to something inappropriate, and I have no IP to purchase another name change. I also cannot afford to purchase RP to get a name change.

Is it possible to change my name back to what it was previously? That is all that I want, since this username now is not appropriate at all and I would not feel comfortable playing this game with this name. My previous (and only) username was KillerKu.

I initially was going to submit a support ticket but this issue did not seem to fit into one of the categories. I'll just send one in under technical issues I guess.

Edit: I believe I figured out the source of how a hacker gained access, the details do not matter, but I should be secure now.

wow "hacking" someone is one thing but this name change? wtf is wrong with that guy

Bruh your best bet would be to send a message to player support. They usually just tell people to do that when things like this get posted on the boards. Additionally, they usually make an effort to get rid of inappropriate names and would probably be more than happy to change yours back to what it was. Good luck dude.

And aside from accidentally clicking a link somewhere that allowed a keylogging virus onto your computer, perhaps you used the same password on LoL as somewhere else and the other place was where they got the password from? This happened to me once on Runescape --- it sucks and I am so sorry for you! I hope it gets resolved quickly!

Good luck prob not gonna happen though I logged into a scammed web by accident someone got on my account and already spent 7300 ip on nothing but attack speed runes sent a ticket to riot support they asked for things "what was the first champ you unlocked" or "when did you start playing league" if you do get a response you'll be the first of millions

You can change it in shop, in the area with the server transfers.
