I just hit level 30 and started playing ranked and keep getting silver 3 silver 2 and 1 and even gold games but I'm doing horrible and people keep flaming me and reporting me so idk what to do i know i shouldn't be in those ranks but i don't want to play normals. should I stop playing ranked and will i get banned for the reports?
As long as you aren't doing anything worth of punishments (I.E., toxicity, intentional feeding, AFK), then you won't get punished. All a report does is trigger the system to review the game. If it doesn't find anything, then it drops it.
If you want my advice though? I would hold off from ranked until you fell more comfortable in your abilities as a player. Normals are perfectly fine, and most of the time are just as competative as ranked. Once you get your sea legs, you can come back and try it out again.

There is usually a big difference between normals and ranked. Normals are usually easier because people try new champions they are not good at, and try different builds (wait a minute, now that I think about it, maybe ranked is the same as normals, :( )
I'm level 24 and I have silver and gold on my enemy team. Those ppl basically solo carry the game for their team.
