I got a ten game chat ban on my seperate account, served my time and have not typed anything rude in chat since. I have literally only typed positive reinforcement since. I was wondering what does Riot consider reformed? I am somewhat discouraged to play the game since I do not have the same rights as many other players (rights to hextech loot more specifically). Anyway my chat restriction has been lifted and Ive had visibly rough games in my match history, but have not been the slightest bit toxic. Is that not considered reformed?

First, earning loot is a reward and a privilege, not a right.

How long ago was the restriction? There's no set time limit to be considered back in 'good standing' by the system, but you basically just have to demonstrate you've actually improved your behavior for a period of time. I've heard reports that some people are back to earning loot within days, while others report taking much longer. My guess is those who only go without earning loot for a short period realized their mistakes and fixed their behavior quickly, while those who take longer are probably the ones in denial that they did anything wrong, so they don't change their behavior at all.

Just to add one more thought... I was also provoked by the actions of others leading up to my chat ban, and am still being harrassed in game nonstop. So i would think the fact that I've kept a cool head about the situation shows some if not total reform. Just saying.

There is no hard answer to that. Just keep playing games and keeping your nose clean and you will earn back your eligibility.

do you think its based upon other people honoring me or giving me a friendly or teamwork rep? because that has happened multiple times as well already

Its only been a few days since i ended the restriction since i dont play very many games in one day. I do not deny in any way that what i said was wrong, but as i previously posted; I have not said anything remotely toxic since the ending of the restriction and have been repped as friendly and honorable opponent multiple times. Also, I see what you're saying about the reward part, but to be frank I have not met more than maybe a handful of people in this game who are most level headed than myself. I've played with multiple people who are much more offensive than I am with no repremand.
