I just got a low priority queue for 5 games because of an auto locking prick lee sin. So, I queued up for a normals game but did not realize that 10 minutes later I would close the client because I did not want to deal with this troll. He auto locks lee sin jungle, even though every time some one else got jungle, and then said he was going to troll the entire game no matter what we did, even if we made a team around this scumbag. After TEN minutes of trying I finally give up and decide to take a quick 5 minute break. I log back on to see, guess what, low priority queue. WHY AM I THE ONE PUNISHED FOR THIS PRICKS ACTIONS. WHY DO THE TROLLS HAVE SO MUCH CONTROL OVER US. All I am saying is I want a way ,that won't get me punished, to deal with this before the game starts. I don't know how, Maybe like a button that flags this person and after like 3 flags Riot looks into the chat to see what is happening but idk. I am just tired of the scumbags.

You are punished because, although his actions were no better, you have no reason not to finish that game. You are expected to finish the game, and afterwords you have the option to report him, and if he continues, he will eventually be punished. Using someone else's behavior to excuse yours is not a valid excuse and you would be wise to remember that.

i mean you could of used team builder to choice specifically what role you wanted and played that way and maybe the 10 min queue you waited for the normal could of been shorten and probably got a good game
