BRING BACK THE BEST REPORTABLE OFFENSE OF LEAGUE

I've encountered it time and time again, players with whom I would never again want to play a game with. All that I would have to do at the end of a game is check the box of basically blocking them from being matched with you in any future game. Lucky enough, the new moderation system got rid of that option and there is no alternative. After a particular game, a teammate had been going off on everyone and basically went ballistic because they weren't as fed (ahem, skilled) as the rest of us and while I do enjoy someone who brings a little drama, this guy brought home first prize. So as per usual, I reported him on the end-of-game screen and reported him for being negative and harassing the entire team and the whole enchilada. I still wanted to play another game so I simply hopped into another game queue and shortly afterward, joined a group. Lo and behold, I get that exact player back on my team and now they've recognized my username and are spewing comment after comment of this and that from the previous game telling the other players that I was simply god awful and that I never helped him(or her) achieve their goal of being the best player NA. Lucky for me, the others knew it was a load of bs and simply ignored him and in the end, once this user stopped being so negative, we had a pretty nice and fair game. I still felt quite uncomfortable with having to deal with toxic players on multiple occasions and I really wish that we could get enough attention on this issue so that Riot could possibly reinstate the BLOCK button.
