send in a support ticket, as long as you got enough proof they should do something about it.

Last time I've sent it was 2 years ago, and the person is still playing on the account, so I'm very doubtful of their support.

fair enough, its just the only coarse of action available. I played a game with someone saying they were going to ddos the enemy team and they did. support said they couldn't do anything because we weren't playing ranked at the time.

You might be wrong about them boosting then. If it is 2 years old, it is time to move on.

Then send it and move on. Boosting, as I remember, isn't a full band anyways, but a removal of past and present ranked rewards.

Try submitting screenshots and links to the OP.GG with an explanation through a support ticket. If you can't find a category for the support ticket that fits, just send it through general questions.
