Riot Games Support Response Time?
How long is the response time after submitting a ticket? Permabanned with no previous restrictions or suspensions and got no email with any reasoning. Submitted a ticket 48 hours ago

Depending on their ticket volume (which can get higher depending on whether or not a ban wave against bots or compromised accounts has gone out), I believe it can take up to 72 hours. Your best bet, sadly, is patience -- bumping your ticket will return it to the end of the queue.
Depends how busy they are. Usually complaints about bans are lowest priority. I asume u got banned for scripting (my suspicions are due to you suddenly picking Xerath and dominating with him few days ago even tho u never played Xerath in the past)
