How does one report a booster?

Context: I received a pm from someone I had never played a game with let alone had added on my friendslist. It seemed to be an automated message saying "hey I carried last game I'm boosting go to this link for more boosting services". I've been criticized in the past for posting someone's name, but I have the screenshot of this which I can post. Unfortunately I can't report someone unless I've just played a game with them.

Will post screenshot if mods allow it, or provide me with a place to post it so I can properly report this person.

click support tab, sumbit a request, i am having a technical issue, type about the elo booster, add the printscreen they will resend your request to the right department if they won't deal with it.
