Banned for quoting my teammate that I reported?

Sooooo long story short, this Gangplank in my ranked game was flaming me and told me to as I quoted him as saying. So why did I get a 14 day suspension for just telling the enemy team to help report him for language? I get punished for trying to do the right thing are you kidding me? Actions speak louder than words, I give you 24 hours to respond or your lose a summoner for life, this is fucking rediculous.

Don't repeat what anyone said in the chat. It may cause a ban just like you did there.

Contact support. It's an automated system that picks up keywords and sometimes this happens.

For future reference you shouldn't interact with toxic players. Just mute them and report them at the end of the game. Don't ask others to report them aswell, since it's in most cases considered harrassment. A single report is just as effective as 9 reports, and it only takes one report to get someone punished.

That's considered harassment. Simply because he used zero-tolerance words, doesn't make it ok to do this.

lol welcome to Leauge my friend, where the ban hammer hits at the stupidest times and not when it matters or is needed lol. 10 bucks says the guy u reported didn't actually get any punishment of any kind XD but being real here: i got "punished" unfairly as well, for simply not being able to play due to a bad connection, makes total sense right? it's like punishing someone for doing nothing out of the wrong. riot is like the corrupted school officials who wont suspend the bullies who trash u daily, but they will suspend you for showing up late five minutes to class because your mom ended up in the hospital or some shit. GOOD GUY RIOT FTW, JK RIOT is evil incarnate. if i were u, i would find a better game to play man. i have done the same recently, i spent money and a lot of time playing leauge, and i have truly regretted it, as the community as a whole is TRASH
