how long will i wait riot to unban my account for chargebacks
i already payed my chargebacks on the the repayment site thru paypal and the website tells it just take a few minutes and its been a day.

If you repaid the entire balance, and you have the receipt from paypal, you should be good. If you haven't been unbanned, submit a ticket to Support and they will look into it for you. If you sent your payment to an incorrect place (ex: if you sent it to Riot EU in Ireland) they may have automatically refunded it and it just is held up in Paypal. But support's the best way to go about it.

Why the fuck even do a charge back in the first place then?
Same reason for bullcrap bans. To make sure they get your money.
