Is this ban worthy?

There's a ton of passive aggressiveness in there, but is that worth banning me over? This is from early January and I let it go for a while, but it really doesn't sit well with me. Here is the game in question.

After contacting support and being told the ban was staying, I asked what crossed the line and the response was:

>You're not being rude, I totally get where you're coming from. The chat overall wasn't the best. I'm looking at it and there's a lot of focus on Jhin and calling him a bot. Even if the player is literally a bot, we should bring it up and talk about it. Pointing out everything that's wrong in the way you are isn't nice. If you happen to make a new account, I would try feedback like "Hey Jhin, XYZ is a better place to put your traps because then Janna and Caitlyn are more likely to step in them." Provide feedback and a reason why as opposed to "his traps and stuff don't really make sense" and "jhin doesn't do anything".

the "you're not being rude" part of the response was in regard to me saying I wasn't trying to be rude in asking for clarification. Don't want to misrepresent support.
