HOW DO RIOT JUDGE THE GAME PUNISHMENT

My account is banned again and again with no reasons. @RIOT I NEVER KNOW HOW DO U GUYS JUDGE THE GAME PUNISHMENT！ I'm not a English speaker, but i can still communicate with my team. But sometimes my teams always troll and don't communicate with each others, so i typed to them, i tell them how to keep alive, how to win the game. Sometimes there are some disputes， but every games i tried my best to play any games( especially in rank games), trolling people always get ways to blame you and tell you "why didn't you carry us and be super toxic". This is a team game, When i carried my team, i got nothing benefit; when i made mistakes, and typed with wrong words, i got only taunt. Is that all my fault? I've played this game for 6 years, but i have no skills on this game, I'm only a plat player. Even though i have my own way to command a team when team are disadvantaged. I really love this game, and i'm glad to see League of legend grow up into the best game in the world. However, Riot never punishes those trolls, those trickers, who trolls the game and make you angry. Every times I typed to my teammates with poor English, i wanna lead my team to win, more than to enjoy the game. Finally i got banned, because my team never cares what did i do in the game, they just care what did i type in the game. Why can't you be fair? @riot** I really need a solution to tell me how to act better in this game when you meet those trollers, and the reason why I got that ban not my other 3 trolling teammates.**
