Chat log misinterpreted - Perma Ban

Just got a Permanent Ban, and upon reading my chat logs I beg of you to review my case. There was little to none hard flame, toxic or negativity. I can see a couple of lines being misinterpreted as flaming but it actually wasn't. If you look at the replay of the games and time of words, you will understand.

In the first game when I said "We hate Lee", let me give some context: my team mate Heca and I chased and suicided to kill the Lee and when questioned about it, in response as a joke I said "we hate (enemy) lee" I just meant we hate the champion I hardly see this as flame.

In game two, when I said "loool this swain", I was actually complimenting my team mate swain 1v3'ing and being an absolute monster, if you look at the time I wrote it and watch the replay of the game you will see this. When I say "fk this ali", I'm expressing my frustration at the enemy alistar always stopping me from getting kills, I am not flaming him in all chat. I am very upset by this Permanent Ban when there is people in game wishing me cancer, all sorts of diseases and for me to kill my self; but I get a ban for this very weak chat log.

Please I beg of you, review my case.

In order to get to the permaban stage you must have gone through chat restrictions and a 2 week ban for toxicity et al. Now, I was prepared to read the chat logs and say something along the lines of "typical toxic kid -- posting on the boards about how they're 'not really toxic' and then the chat logs show horrible horrible toxicity".... BUT, I can't really see anything that bad in these games. Have you posted the entirety of the logs? Is there a game 3? Don't lie now.

I don't see how these two games would warrant an escalation from 2-week ban to permaban, unless there's something missing we don't see.

You guys are crazy for banning him.I've had people tell me my mother should die of god knows what and this guy is banned for being a bit passive agressive. I myself flamed people in my ranked way worse then this,this is like lvl 1 flame to my lvl 10 flame.

This ban i feel was stupid as he is not even flaming but feels like he is frustrated and it ends on that he didn't say anything that bad to his teammates revert this ban and be done with it.

You were passive/aggressive in those games. You flamed your team for KS ( the most noob thing ever ). The simple fact that someone reported you says it wasn't misinterpreted. You can't know how someone feels when you say stuff that could be interpreted in multiple ways. They are the ones who decide on that. Considering this isn't your first punishment you should've known better. After a 14 day ban you should thread carefully as you will be watched closely. You made a mistake and got permad. Hope you learn from this.

My friend the system misinterpreted my words as toxic, not my team mates as if you see my points I said and read the chat of my team mate they were saying the same thing about swain being a monster etc.

It wasn't misinterpreted. Your teammates reported you for your behavior.

You literally just got off a 14-day ban 12 hours before this, and went right back to harassing people in game.

You were warned about this behavior, and the system recognized the fact that you hadn't changed your behavior.

Regardless of when he had his previous suspension, this is way too harsh. He did seem frustrated in the second game for sure, and of course the optimal solution would have been to mute and/or 'suck it up' (which you guys seem to want players to do when facing inters/toxicity/flamers/trolls)... yet he made a few frustrated remarks and replies in game 2. I don't see anything serious that would warrant a permanent ban here.

Your system seems to be all over the place when it comes to how and what is considered "too much" or "ok" for in-game chat.

Is Sarcasm ok? Is being frustrated and venting a bit (as this kid did) ok?

Literally the harshest thing this kid said in-game chat was "stfu". Seriously that's your go to for permaban?

People report anyone for playing bad regardless of their behaviour. To say, I was harassing people when telling them to leave my lane or to engage is over the top. I know I am not the perfect player but it's unbelievable to get permanently banned for this. I urge you to reassess.

You may have been low level toxic, but since it was 12 hours after your 14 day ban, it basically displays that your 14 day ban wasn't enough to get you to keep your arguing to yourself.

Permanent ban seems extreme here, I don't see any flame worth a ban. You should focus more on the trolls and hard flamers.

Fallacy. Just because he got banned doesn't mean someone else didn't. He wasn't harsh, but this happened 12 hours after his 14 day ban, which was his last warning .

Yeah. That will do it. It's just like real life man. If somebody came up to me and told me to "Stfu" they better be ready to square up. I 100% agree with their harshness. I for one am so sick of nastiness for no good reason. Glad you're out of the game man. I'm here for fun not to have people like you call out EVERY LITTLE MISTAKE I make but conveniently leave out the fact that you're 0-8-0. Just had a game with a dude that scored that but flammed everyone about how "Bad" we were playing.

Well, good thing they don't ban everyone that says stfu. They do, however, ban people that were on their last chance to shape up and still decided that "stfu" was the right thing to say.

Something small like that may not be indicative of somebody being toxic, but it certainly can indicate a relapse of somebody that has been toxic in the past. And having that relapse 12 hours after being given your final chance is a very good indicator to somebody not taking their previous punishment(s) seriously enough.

As an analogy: Drinking a beer doesn't make you an alcoholic, but in most cases somebody with an alcohol problem drinking a beer means they either relapsed or never even quit.

After a 14-day ban, you are either on your best behaviour, or you're out. It has always been like that.
