Im definitely not one to decide on champions balance, or anybody to have a say in it, but isnt Fiora broken already? or brand? do these champions deserve a buff at all??? and rivens 'e' nerf was way too unnecessary ^-^

Riven nerf was definately needed, but fiora and brand are already pretty good. Also why is this under player behavior? :P

Was Riven’ e nerf really unnecessary? While the other chaps are certainly broken Riven has been disgustingly over powered for several patches (3-4)

This is Player Behavior sub-board, not Champion Behavior sub-board
