Should riot care if you try to win or not??

should riot, give a damn if someone is trying to play and win the damn game or not?? if you are toxic in chat but give your 100% should that matter or it shouldn't when the perma comes??

i am writhing this just to see your opinion.

i was perma like last march or April, for some chat logs, that didn't contain nothing extreme

so, recently i checked a friend of mine in op gg and for the nostalgia i checked my account, and i saw that my most played chaps had 50 and more % win rate.

So my question is, should this matter, yeah i could write more in chat and be negative, but if i try my best to win, should that count for something, isn't this the main point of the game.. to try and win.

I am not asking for unbanning or something, just want to make a discussion, to see what this community things about that.
