Troll in ranked

a summoner that i'm very, very eager to name drop atm has trolled 4 other players into losing placements and LP because they refused to follow their laner and sat and trolled during team fights that instead of helping, they ctrl 4'd and spam laughed then walked in and out of bushes as we got quadra'd by the laner she let free roam. Mind if i get my LP back riot? i think it's only fair.

additionally i just had an afk in a ranked game who decided to disconnect AFTER the remake timer would disappear, meaning 4v5. can i get another 14 LP from that game? i was 6-7 with 4 people in my mid lane and even if i'm annie (my main) i can't outplay all of them at once, it was too hard and they sieged mid. top and jungle were trolling by running down mid every time they spawned to give the enemy team more gold. why can't i just get decent players who are as passionate as me inside of solo queue?
