Anyway to prove I didn't violate the league of legends term? Or anyway to recover by banned account?

I get a email from riot that they say that I violate their term of use but I did nothing and my account get banned. I only open my account at that time I didn't even play a game at that time and I get banned. I really love league and I want to play it (I also pay money into it for skins and champs) so I really want my account back, so anyone can help me out?
