Was wondering if anything ever happened to people like this. They are much worse than toxic people in chat because you have the option to just mute toxic people. You can mute the sound of the pings, but you will still see them on you, also it ruins pings for the other 3 people of your team. Would love to hear anyone elses thought on this.
I've been reporting it under harassment with a comment specifying the behaviour.

I think castration should be an option for that kind of scum.

Riot addresses pings in the Summoner's code I think. I can't recall the exact wording, but essentially they say "one ping is enough". I don't agree with that, because I'll ping MIA 2-3 times typically when my laner isn't visible, but if you're spamming pings just to be a jerk then you probably are doing something a bit overkill and you know it.
