account suspended for 14 days

So I just logged onto my account yesterday and it told me I had a 14 day account suspension. Now I haven't been playing lately with my father having his heart attack and working insane hours. I do have an ex who knows my account password and wanted to mess with my accounts but I didn't think he would be stupid enough to do anything. Can you please look into this issue so I can play on my own account again. Ive been trying to rank it up and now I have a 14 day suspension plus -3 lp when I was at 100 last time I played. Please Riot look into this issue nd help me if u can.

Sharing your account is by itself a permaban offense. It is your responsibility to secure your login credentials. Change your password. Never give out your password. Eat the ban, as it's the best possible outcome of the current situation.

Yea kind of a bad situation since you account shared. Other than emailing Riot Support there is not much else.
