Getting My Account Back

So I realize that there is a lot of stigma on "toxicity" and I realize that I was quite the stinker. But is it possible to get my "perma-banned" account back? I have talked multiple times with the people that control it through the tribunal and they referred me to talk in a board. So here I am. I really would like my account back if it is at all possible. I realize the errors of my ways, and I have tried to plea my case but to no avail. I'm sorry. Ok but I don't get how the scale goes from 10 chat ban.. to 7 day ban ... straight to a perma ban. I feel that there are better ways to handle chat related context. Like a permanent chat ban. I spent well over 1000$ and I had so much stuff on that account and a lot of legacy gear. It would be a shame to lose it. and if its possible just chat ban me. i talk in the game chat with my friends anyways.

The punishment steps are:

10 game chat restrict (CR) 25 Game CR 14 day ban Perm ban.

Apparenrly when Riot had infinite scaling CR in the past, people would just int instead. Which or course is slower to punish.

I don't know that I ever had a 25 Game CR. It went from 10 CR to the 14 day. then boom perma-ban.. and reading through my chat log there wasn't even really that much that was wrong, then again I don't know what the algorithm looks for. I feel like there's a flaw though. Like yes "toxicity is bad", according to everyone I've talked to its the biggest driver that leads people away from League and yet.. League is still thriving and toxicity hasn't changed in the 7 years I've played. Not that my actions are an excuse of course, but the point is still true. Like I said I don't think it should be something as drastic as a perma-ban for chat related stuff. I could see a permanent chat ban. Because that removes the ability for the person to be toxic. IF the situation grows and their toxicity is present in their actions while in game then that changes things and a perma-ban is needed, but idk thats why im here. To see what can be done.

Currently nothing can be done if it wasn't given in error. You cna hope they try another unban experiment in the future but no guarantee if it.

they have done something before where they unbanned a group of accounts (i am one of them), im not sure if they will ever do that again tho

I think that would be nice. Considering I've seen a lot of people have their bans lifted. Don't know how, but i know its been done.

I really wish so too. But its such a drastic leap. and again my chat logs aren't even that toxic. Like it was bad to an extent i guess but it wasn't tyler1 bad

basically i was trying out qiyana for the first time on this name and someone was basically saying id be garbage and proceeded to shit talk me. hence why i told him to shut up. cause i was tired of it. Admittedly i should have muted him. but like Its crazy how i get in trouble. i reported the person. they still have their account and they were worse than i was.

also i realize that i shouldnt have sworn but this game isnt rated pg13. Its T for teen, and teens this day and age have heard far worse that anything i was saying. I had a teen tell me to "choke on a choclate dick flavored lollipop you pansy %%%%". The concept of how league handles chat to me is interesting due to the fact that the primary average for the entire populations age is 18. So i dont know what the issue is with swearing.. They have a filter for a reason? like why even include a filter option if you dont intend for people to swear. as far as toxicity its super subjective. I could tell someone to choke on a dick and they might laugh.. but someone else will find it offensive. and that whole premise is what makes it so annoying. Because thats basically saying "hey you gotta act like you work in retail and wear a fake smile" like why? i live for some of the toxicity in league because it drives me to play better. when someone talks shit to me i take it like "OH YA BITCH? let me just show you how wrong you are".. it doesn't "drive me away from playing the game" as someone in the tribunal told me.

These are actually not as bad as I expected, but yea youre right, you should of just not wasted your time by typing to other toxic people and just muted and played the game. Unfortunately if you recently came off a 14 day ban (when i mean recent id say roughly like 3-4 months, thats typically how it takes to go down in one punishment tier) then the next step would of been that perma ban.

And with your other comment, everyones just different man, my personal rule i go by is i just stay quiet until someone says something to me unless its toxic, then i just mute.

See so I don't feel as bad then. cause believe me I've had some nasty comments made.. I did serve in the military though so they don't usually bother me, but i gotta remember not everyone has served and can tolerate a lot of the things i can. So eh. But ya it was kind of a drastic leap and it went from 0-100 real quick. admittedly i needed to just mute sooner. But its more of a thing of I dont like to mute a lot of the time because i personally hate the ping system. The noise is kind of obnoxious at times and to be fair i mute it anyways so i rely on chat to deal with in game tactics a lot of the time so sometimes when toxicity rains i fight back to the toxicity with toxicity i guess? but its a weird system still yet. because i could be just defending myself and backlashing to the person who is out to get me and it gets me in trouble. idk its kind meh.

Ya i realized all to late that i really should have just muted the whole chat vs muting the pings. Its something id have to get used to i guess but its like ehhhh.

I guess my biggest issue is that the reports are strictly based the subjective opinion of the reporter. I could be in a game where everyone is swearing, bsing, and having a good time, but that one person who sees an issue with it gets everyone in trouble. Because they feel offended. It really doesn't seem to be fair and since the chat logs are taken out of context and set aside from the whole chat rather than being compared to the chat as a whole the premise of the log becomes solely focused on the individual being reported and in no way shows the level of conversation in the chat. Whether its all bad.. or all good. or mixed for the fun of it. A person can be completely thrown in a hole for having a good time because someone thinks its "toxic" when in reality its all in good humor of the chat, or even in a level of self defense.

Additionally from what i know of a perma ban i shouldnt even be able to log in.. or be on any of my friends friend lists.. but i still am so i am really confused as to what is going on..

When I saw other accounts get banned permanently it removed everything from that persons account off my search. I couldn't see an account, they weren't in my friends list, it was all gone.
