Getting My Account Back

So I realize that there is a lot of stigma on "toxicity" and I realize that I was quite the stinker. But is it possible to get my "perma-banned" account back? I have talked multiple times with the people that control it through the tribunal and they referred me to talk in a board. So here I am. I really would like my account back if it is at all possible. I realize the errors of my ways, and I have tried to plea my case but to no avail. I'm sorry. Ok but I don't get how the scale goes from 10 chat ban.. to 7 day ban ... straight to a perma ban. I feel that there are better ways to handle chat related context. Like a permanent chat ban. I spent well over 1000$ and I had so much stuff on that account and a lot of legacy gear. It would be a shame to lose it. and if its possible just chat ban me. i talk in the game chat with my friends anyways.

The punishment steps are:

10 game chat restrict (CR) 25 Game CR 14 day ban Perm ban.

Apparenrly when Riot had infinite scaling CR in the past, people would just int instead. Which or course is slower to punish.

they have done something before where they unbanned a group of accounts (i am one of them), im not sure if they will ever do that again tho

Additionally from what i know of a perma ban i shouldnt even be able to log in.. or be on any of my friends friend lists.. but i still am so i am really confused as to what is going on..
