Whats this supposed to mean anyway? First it doesnt make sense, cause if u wanna report 2 people from your bot lane, that can only be x8 reports. Also what gives u right to ask someone to report other people for fake reason? And yes, its fake as noone in your team was intentionally feeding. You dont even know what "intentionally" mean.

well since it was 4/25 (4 kills were mine) and my team intentionally didnt surrender what should i do? they did that on purpose just to waste my time

You lost that game ... happens - use the time to try a new item build - or test your limits in a "live environment" - there are so many things you can do CONSTRUCTIV - and there is always the possibility of a win - one good teamfight can end games.

Maybe they died intentionally - or maybe they just don't know better. there is the possibility of standing 0/30 and still win the game because ... kills don't win game objectives do.

we were behind in gold and kills - and we won. Dammed I am 4/8/8 - didn't care because we got some good fights.

so ... yes I think you did something wrong and deserve some treatment. It is up to riot to think about the how.
