Why is there no punishment for people who play the wrong lane on purpose?

I recently played a DRAFT game, not a blind game. The bottom and support refused to play their assigned lanes and instead stole CS from the mid/top/jungle lanes. The top/mid/jungle (I was top) spent all game telling the bottom and support to go bottom and stop stealing our CS. After the game I was served a 10 game chat suspension for telling them to leave my lane.

Why am I the one being punished? Why aren't they punished for ruining the game? Again this was DRAFT, not blind. I'm creating a poll below because I honestly want to know what other people think about this

Well I do very much hope it is punishable, because that's griefing for me. I second the other guy, you should submit a support ticket.

And you don't get punished for telling people to leave your game, it's probably because you harassed them and insulted them in chat. Even in this sort of scenario, you just have to get a deep breath, mute them, and patiently wait for the game to end so that you can report them. It sucks, but otherwise you'll just get punished yourself.

Not going to your assigned lane is punishable. The IFS is incompetent so it probably didn't detect their offense.

Submit a support ticket and report the offenders there
