Hello i live and work in Estonia as a soldier, i play league on weekends and sometimes on the week. Because of my really busy family life and my little small boy, this is the only entertainment. I just got banned and i do not find it fear.

There are 3 games.

First game - Plat duo joins i, i call adc first and take it, then they start to smash me because im gold player and took someones lane, but this is how picking a lane in normal game Works. They thrash talk me in all Chat and in our Chat. Telling me you dont know how ban system Works. I just defended myself

Second game - Mid feeds starts to blame jungler, starts to trash talk on me and on my random support, getting angry because of hes own bad calls in game. Forcing me to say someting again i defend myself, not saying its rght thing to do.

Third game - Morgana DCS for a little and i gave FB to our enemy. Comes back to lane..misses Qs on perp shooting them to random ways where ever, refuses to help when fight is on just walks around lets me die. Also shes premade with lux. She walks into our enemys just to die, and just to blame me, ofc i defend myself again.

Overall im saying that this 14 days ban is not fair at all because i got trolled 2 times by 2 premades, so its group harash on one person. And i do not find it fear, im not saying im doing right thing to barking back at them.

Can you please reduse this ban 1-5 days and char restriction?

Ive invested a lot of money in you guys and time.

Should there not be a 25 game chat restr before 14 days ban? Toxic game was prolly with morgana who was afking on perp and refused to help just wanted to play a normal game without trouble. Tough it was gangbang reporting again

1 report = 9 reports

You did something to trigger the system, therefore you are at fault.

Go spend the holidays with some friends/family and think about how to improve your play style and how to not be toxic. Its probably best if you take a break.

PS: your ban will probably not be undone unless riot is feeling merciful, also the next punishment is a permaban, this tier may not drop for up to 5 months. This means that if you flame in a game during that 5 month period your account may be done for.

If i connect to game and instamute them all its gonna result somekind of report imo? Like ur having a bad day 1/5 on ur champ. People group up and agree on reporting you for feeding? Or something else?

A report, or 9 reports, flag a game for review.

The community cannot report you if you do not type anything. Doing /mute all does not go into the chat, it just mutes the chat.

At no point in this game are you to defend yourself against the toxic player by typing back. Because that isn't part of the game. You typing back doesn't help anyone and doesn't improve the game. If someone is harassing you, the only thing you're expected to do is mute them and report them. Do not tell them you're going to report them because not only is that negative but considered as a harassment. This game isn't a chat room. Just mute them and play the game.

Really, I nor the board can really say if it's fair due to it not having a chat log. We don't have much to go on without it. It all depends on what you said in the game.

We'll need to see your chat logs to be able to give you an opinion as to whether the ban was justified or not. Also, have you had a prior chat restriction on the account, or was this ban your first punishment?

yes i have had them because no matter what you say som1 finds it not suitable for game. Swear words or not in the end u get the blame, im not trying to say im a angel in league im defenetly not

Swear words aren't against the rules though. It's perfectly fine to curse in game, as long as you aren't directing it at another player. The biggest problem I see with your logs are these two lines:

Ignoring all of the other toxicity, whatever this is has to be bad enough that the Boards censors it out. Which is generally reserved for hate speech. I'm guessing this one is c%nts, which is classified as hate speech due to the derogatory reference towards women. So, this gives us a problem. Because you've had prior chat restrictions, you would already have been potentially eligible for a 14 day suspension, depending on which level of chat restriction you were at previously. The normal progression is 10 game chat restriction, 25 game chat restriction, 14 day suspension, permanent suspension. If you've already had a 10 game, you would move up to a 25 game; if you've already had a 25 game you would move up to a 14 day, etc... However, the presence of hate speech changes everything. It is classified as severe toxicity, and doesn't follow the normal progression. It can skip directly to a 14 day suspension for the first offense, with a permaban as the next punishment. Or, if it's used enough in a match, it can lead to an immediate permaban of the account.

I see where someone else has recommended that you /mute all as soon as you load into a match. This is honestly a very good suggestion at this point. Any further offenses will result in a permaban of your account, even if they are minor offenses, so you really need to be on your absolute best behavior. One of the easiest ways to do this is by simply muting everyone else in the game, and not typing. If you do not read anything they say, you are much less inclined to reply to them.

Dann that sucks. Banned right before all your free time to play. I feel for ya, but I can't say the ban was unjust. We here have no idea what happened other than taking an anonymous stranger's (yours) word for it. You should write a support ticket, though it will probably not result in reversing your suspension.

Yeah, already did that, i did not ask to remove it i just want them to make it less on days because for me it seems unfair.
