i've only said 2 words that was toxic and maybe 2 sentences that was a little negative, but still got supended for 1 game how ridicilous. Haven't been toxic in longer periods but still got suspended for one game x) Really hope they can be more pro to banning people

there is a zero tolerance policy against hate speech. Due to the severity of this, it can easily skip punishment tiers.

There is no situation in which the word censored by the boards is appropriate to say during a game. Riot has a zero-tolerance policy for that sort of hate speech, and it will earn a 14-day ban on the first offense.

But we're still talking about 1 game out of 10000000000 games where i just said 2 words (hate speech) you can't give me an instant judgement just for that? THey should be looking more at have this person been toxic or said any kind of hate speech last game or the past 10 games. that's where they can judge clearly on what kind of punishment should the person get.
